This independent fair trade shop in central Oxford is looking to appoint a part-time Assistant Shop Manager from the end of February.

We are looking for someone with a proven enthusiastic commitment to the principles and promotion of fair trade. The Assistant Manager will be responsible, on days worked, for organising and overseeing the smooth
running of the shop, and for working with volunteers to maximise sales and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.

Average hours per week: 20
Normal days of work: Mondays, Thursdays and alternate Saturdays

Closing date for applications: Wednesday 22nd January
Interviews: week beginning Monday 27th January
